  • Yoga Nidra & Conscious Breathing - Being Enough

Yoga Nidra And Conscious Breathing - Being Enough

This one is about the very essential feeling of being enough. An antidote to the medium-stress or high-stress society of the western world. A combination of conscious breathing, Yoga Nidra, philosophy, and self-composed music. The nature sounds were recorded by me in northern Sweden while hiking on an open field. I decided to end this one with a Mary Oliver poem.

    Mp3, 35 min long.

  • Yoga Nidra - Mother Earth Connection

This is a 15 minute Yoga Nidra practice for that earth element connection and cooling the nervous system. A deep dive into the arms of mother earth.

I play keyboard, mandolin and harmonica on this one.

    mp3, 15 min long.

  • Yoga Nidra - The Magic Power of the Owl

This is a 22 minute Yoga Nidra practice to enhance your inner wisdom. Using the powerful spirit animal the owl. I'm using a rainstick in the background for this recording.

All music is self-composed. All field recordings are self-recorded in Sweden where I live.

    Mp3, 22 min long.

  • Breathwork Journey - The Raft

By using the great tool we all possess: the breath. Imagine yourself drifting down a river on a raft. With the connection of the breath you steer the raft and take your own journey. Your own adventure. Think of the breathing as your oar. At the end you enter a peaceful lake with slow breathing. All the music is self composed and nature sounds are from southern Sweden. Find a safe spot, sit up on the floor or lying down.

Do not practice this if you have a vascular condition, heart or blood pressure problems. Breath holding is not recommended if you're pregnant. If you have a disease or condition and you're uncertain. Talk to a doctor if before getting into these breathing techniques.

    Mp3, 18 min long.

  • Yoga Nidra & light Breathwork - Autumn Crickets

In this Yoga Nidra practice we'll start off by calming down the nervous system with sighs of relief. Then we slide into a soundscape of going through the Koshas of Yoga Nidra. All are infused with nature references and the season of autumn. But you can practice it in any season. We'll focus on letting go and acceptance with gentle guidance and music. The transition is very clear during the autumn as the leaves start to tumble down. Some storytelling and imagery will also be included. The blue shimmering crickets will guide the way. All music is self-composed. I use a keyboard, guitar, mandolin, chimes, and harmonica for this one.
